Jennifer Fisahn earned a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University and a BA in education from Florida Atlantic University. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in ABA from Pennsylvania State University. Jennifer Fisahn is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst™ (BCBA®) as well as a certified Teacher of the Handicapped (N.J.).
Ms. Fisahn has been working with children with developmental disabilities and their families for seventeen years. She has public school classroom experience teaching preschool through high-school aged students as well as extensive experience as a direct service provider and supervisor for home-based ABA programs.
Jennifer Fisahn is currently working as an autism program consultant and home trainer for school districts and home programs throughout the United States and abroad. She regularly contributes to a resource-rich blog (Teaching Tips; www.abatraining.com/category/vbn-verbal-behavior-network-teaching-tips/) for teachers, parents, and therapists working with individuals with autism. Jennifer also conducts workshops for teachers, staff, and caregivers on how to utilize the principles of ABA in both classroom and home settings.
